Ingredients

2 cups desiccated coconut, unsweetened
1 (14 oz.) can of sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup desiccated coconut, for rolling
Mini cake cups

Method

1.  Mix  2 cups of desiccated coconut and condensed milk thoroughly.
2.  Place in the fridge for 10 minutes for mixture to firm.
3.  Make balls with the coconut mixture rolling them between your palms. Roll each ball over the remaining desiccated coconut and place it in the cake cups.
4.  Put them in the refrigerator for about 2 to 3 hours before serving. Serve chilled.
