Ingredients
- 125g margarine
- 50gm icing sugar
- 25gm sliced almond
- 110g Rose flour*
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tablespoon chocolate rice
- Chocolate chips
Method
- Mix all ingredients except chocolate chips
- Make a small round dough and press it with a fork (as a design)
- Sprinkle some chocolate chips
- Bake in the preheated oven at 130 degrees Celsius
*Rose Flour - Biscuits made from rose flour will be crunchier than wheat flour.
