Ingredients

  • 125g margarine
  • 50gm icing sugar
  • 25gm sliced almond
  • 110g Rose flour*
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 tablespoon chocolate rice
  • Chocolate chips

Method

  • Mix all ingredients except chocolate chips
  • Make a small round dough and press it with a fork (as a design)
  • Sprinkle some chocolate chips
  • Bake in the preheated oven at 130 degrees Celsius
*Rose Flour - Biscuits made from rose flour will be crunchier than wheat flour.
